YOUR INFORMATION MATTERS
Privacy Policy
Learn what information Regalori collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Effective date: October 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Regalori (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit regalori.com, contact us, create an account, or place an order. Regalori is operated from Israel and serves customers in the United States. This policy covers the website and our online store.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with the store, we may collect:
- Contact and identity details: name, email address, telephone number, and billing or shipping address.
- Order information: products, selections, purchase amounts, payment status, shipment details, tracking information, and return or refund requests.
- Account details: account credentials and preferences if you create an account. Passwords are handled through WordPress authentication mechanisms.
- Messages and support information: inquiries and any photos or documents you voluntarily provide when asking for help.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, session identifiers, access logs, and information needed to maintain website security and shopping-cart functionality.
- Reviews or comments: information you choose to submit if those features are enabled.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information that is unnecessary to provide our products and services.
2. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you check out, register, contact us, or otherwise submit details. Certain technical information is generated automatically when your browser interacts with the website. We may also receive limited status and transaction information from payment providers, carriers, and fulfillment partners to complete or support an order.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Process, fulfill, ship, and track orders.
- Provide customer support and handle returns, refunds, and disputes.
- Communicate essential information about purchases and changes to an order.
- Maintain accounts, shopping carts, site operation, and security.
- Prevent fraud and misuse and meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
- Improve the usability and performance of our store using information available through our website systems.
Marketing communications, if introduced, will follow the consent and opt-out rules applicable to them.
4. Payments
Payments may be handled through third-party payment providers, including PayPal when its payment services are enabled at checkout. Payment providers receive the billing, transaction, and other information needed to process or protect a payment and apply their own privacy policies.
Regalori uses payment integrations rather than intentionally storing complete payment-card numbers on its own website. We may keep transaction references, payment status, and limited billing details necessary for records and support.
5. Fulfillment, shipping, and other service providers
We share information only as needed to operate the store, provide services, or meet legal obligations. Categories of recipients can include:
- Product suppliers and fulfillment partners — the name, delivery address, phone number when needed, and order items required to prepare and ship the purchase.
- Delivery and tracking companies — shipping and contact details needed to transport or locate parcels.
- Payment providers — data required for checkout, payment verification, refunds, and dispute handling.
- Website hosting, security, and technical service providers — technical information needed to provide and protect the website.
- Professional advisers or public authorities — only when reasonably necessary or legally required.
Suppliers and carriers may be located outside the United States, including in China. We do not provide suppliers with more customer information than is reasonably needed for fulfillment.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
WordPress, WooCommerce, and our website theme use cookies or similar browser storage where needed for sessions, account login, shopping carts, checkout, preferences, and security. For example, WooCommerce may use cookies such as woocommerce_items_in_cart, woocommerce_cart_hash, and wp_woocommerce_session_* to remember cart state.
Your browser can block or delete cookies, although some shopping and checkout features may not work correctly without essential cookies. If we add non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies, we will review the required disclosures and consent or opt-out controls before using them.
7. Email and marketing
We use contact information to send messages related to orders, shipping, support, and refunds. We do not treat placing an order as automatic consent to unrelated marketing emails.
If we introduce an optional newsletter or promotional mailing list, we will explain the sign-up and provide an unsubscribe mechanism. A newsletter sign-up box on the website should not be treated as an active subscription service until it is configured.
8. Retention and security
We keep order and transaction records for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, accounting, tax, legal compliance, disputes, and fraud prevention. Other data is retained according to its purpose and applicable requirements and may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information, including HTTPS and restricted administrative access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. International processing
Our website is hosted in the United States, while our business operations and some service providers may be located in other countries. As a result, information needed for purchases or support may be accessed or processed outside your state or country, including where suppliers dispatch products internationally.
When transferring information, we aim to limit it to what is necessary for the relevant purpose and to apply appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
10. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to obtain a copy of certain information. Some laws may also provide rights concerning the sale or sharing of data for targeted advertising.
We do not intend to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will review and implement any applicable opt-out requirements if our practices or legal obligations change.
To make a privacy request, contact support@regalori.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required or permitted by law, such as transaction records necessary for financial compliance. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
11. Children’s privacy and third-party sites
Regalori is intended for general shoppers, not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted such information, contact us so we can review it.
Links to third-party websites are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their independent privacy practices.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, data practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required by law. Please review this page periodically.
